Step 1 - Consultation
Our process starts with a 15-minute consultation call with you and any other trip decision makers. During this call, we will collect basic information such as your destination, your budget, ages of kids in your travel party, etc. as well as more about your travel style.
After the call, we will provide you with the timeframe in which we can prepare your quote and discuss with you any cost of service charges the agency requires for managing your vacation.
Step 2 - Itinerary Building
We will build an initial itinerary covering all aspects of your vacation, but your feedback is key to making sure that your vacation includes everything you need.
Everything arranged by our agency will be reflected in a comprehensive travel itinerary that includes important documents, packing lists and destination specific travel tips.
Step 3: Time to Go!
Once your bags are packed and you’re all full of anticipation, we will schedule a call with you to go over any final details and answer any last-minute questions.
